Domestic Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Unique B.E. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. If you need to make any changes to your order after your order has been placed, please reach out to info@uniqueb-e.com

Shipping Carriers and Time

We Offer: USPS

Shipping times are estimated not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery time based on exact items you want to purchase please email info@uniqueb-e.com. Please know if your order is placed after 4pm EST they will be processed the following business day.

Standard -7 business days

2 day- 3-5 business days

Next day 1-2 business days

Handling Time

The amount of time it takes us to make and prepare your order for shipping, this typically takes 2-3 days. However, some order may ship with in as few as 1 day and some may take up to 3 days.

Shipping Rate

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Processing and Delivery

After your payment has been verified and you receive your confirmation email the order will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (holidays or sales) shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Items that are back ordered will be shipped out as soon as they become available. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. We currently only ship to the United States

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Unique B.E! If you’re looking to return or exchange your merchandise for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and our clients experience.

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy. If any of the below errors occur, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchases.

  • If the item was damaged during shipment, we’ll replace it.

  • If the item arrived defective, we’ll replace it.

  • If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll take it back and ship what was ordered.

There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly.  All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the hat.

Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Orders that have already been submitted and are in the “Processing” status or “Shipped” status cannot be cancelled and must be returned.
